INDIANS DOMINATE TRI-VILLAGE...

STORY BY ROB KISER - PIQUA DAILY CALL
The Piqua boys soccer program is at a different level than Tri-Village’s.

And that was obvious in the Indians 9-0 win over the Patriots Monday night.

The Indians took it easy after opening a 7-0 halftime lead.

Wes Barker opened the scoring on an assist from Ryan Smith.

Kory Yohey followed that by scoring off a Nick Dyas assist.

Matt DeNise found Danny Henry, who finished to make it 3-0.

Brian Langston got into the act, scoring off a Henry assist.

Henry scored his second goal off the first of two Tom Grubaugh assists.

Tyler Johnson scored off a Yohey assist and Yohey closed the first half scoring with his second goal.

Josh Lentz scored off an Eric Lamphar assist and Lamphar closed the scoring off a Grubaugh assist.

Piqua will host Sidney next Tuesday.
