PIQUA PLAYS WELL IN LOSS TO SIDNEY...

STORY BY ROB KISER - PIQUA DAILY CALL
SIDNEY — The Piqua boys golf team played well, but it was not quite enough to beat Sidney.

The Indians lost 154-163 in GWOC North action.

“That is our lowest score of the year, but we can still shoot lower,” Piqua coach Chris Barr said. “Sidney is tough to beat on their home course.”

Ben Gover and Kiel Feeser led Piqua with 38s. Brody Fox had 42 and David Duer added a 45.

“Ben (Gover) and Kiel (Feeser) played real well,” Barr said. “We just need to get two other guys playing better.”

Piqua will play at the Nordquist Invitational Saturday at Miami Shores.
