PIQUA CRUISES BY TROTWOOD...

The Piqua volleyball team made quick work of Trotwood-Madison Tuesday night, winning 25-8, 25-4, 25-5.

Chelsea Hostetter had three aces, eight assists and two kills for the Lady  Indians; while Sara Keck had two aces, 13 assists and four kills.

Cassi Curtis had four kills and six digs; while Joni Barnett had two aces and three kills. Macareena Studebaker had five aces, two assists and one kill; while Miranda Baker had four digs.

Peyton Gertner had three aces and two kills.

Piqua, 12-6 overall and 3-1 in the GWOC North, will host Troy Thursday to close the regular season.

The Piqua JVs won 25-11, 25-14.

Shelbi Sullenberger had seven kills, while Peyton Gertner added four. Morgan Brinkman served five aces and Lauren Younce had three digs.
